Program Sejuta Entrepreneur Muda, hasil kawin sah antara Bocorocco, Dinas UKM, dan BTN, dengan fasilitator utamanya — Ketua DPW GARPU DKI Jakarta, Suherman Aslim.
Garpu (Gerakan Pedagang dan UMKM): Tajam di Lidah, Lebih Tajam di Aksi
Suherman Aslim, Ketua DPW Garpu DKI, bukan tipe pemimpin yang cuma pamer jargon “UMKM naik kelas” sambil selfie di stan bazar.
Beliau hadir jadi jembatan antara pelaku usaha, pemerintah, dan sektor pembiayaan, agar pedagang gak cuma jualan, tapi naik jadi pengusaha profesional.
“UMKM itu butuh akses. Bukan cuma motivasi, tapi juga pembinaan dan pembiayaan. Kita hadir untuk memfasilitasi itu semua,” ujar Suherman, dengan senyum level cashback 50%.
Bocorocco: Dari Sepatu ke Solusi
Pak Ridwan (Owner) dan Pak Ferdy (Dirut Bocorocco) hadir bukan untuk launching model sepatu baru, tapi untuk komitmen nyata:
Bocorocco siap menampung tenaga kerja dari entrepreneur muda serta membuka kemitraan produksi dan distribusi.
“Kami ingin anak muda bisa jalan jauh dalam dunia bisnis, pakai sepatu produksi sendiri,” kata Pak Ferdy.
(Mungkin karena pakai Bocorocco, jadi langkahnya enteng dan elegan.)
BTN: Bukan Cuma Tempat Ngajuin KPR
Perwakilan BTN Cabang Tangerang City dan Sukabumi hadir lengkap bersama tim. Mereka menawarkan skema pembiayaan untuk pelaku UMKM pemula yang mau mulai usaha tapi dompet masih galau.
BTN tak hanya bawa proposal, tapi juga niat baik — semoga bukan niat doang kayak janji kampanye.
Dinas UKM: Saatnya Bimbingan Bukan Basa-Basi
Pak Khozin dari Dinas UKM menegaskan bahwa program ini selaras dengan arah kebijakan pemerintah yang menjadikan sektor UKM sebagai tulang punggung perekonomian (meski sering dipundaki tapi jarang dipijetin).
“UMKM harus kita dampingi dari A sampai Z. Dari ide sampai ekspansi, bukan cuma dikasih lomba dan selempang,” ujarnya.
Kesepakatan yang Tak Sekadar Seremonial
Rapat yang berlangsung hangat ini menghasilkan komitmen bersama:
✅ Bocorocco akan menyediakan pendampingan usaha dan peluang kemitraan.
✅ BTN akan memberikan akses modal lunak dan pembiayaan untuk UMKM pemula.
✅ Dinas UKM akan mengawasi dan mendampingi agar program tak macet di tengah jalan.
✅ GARPU jadi juru racik dan penyambung lidah antara pelaku UMKM dengan institusi besar.

Gareng dan Petruk langsung copot topi (meskipun bukan topi bos), melihat langkah Suherman Aslim dan kawan-kawan ini sebagai bukti bahwa gerakan UMKM bisa nyata, bukan cuma ditulis di baliho.
Kata Gareng: “Selama ini banyak yang bilang UMKM naik kelas, tapi pas ditanya: kelas berapa? Jawabnya: masih di luar pagar.”
Kata Petruk: “Program ini keren, asal jangan berhenti di rapat dan dokumentasi Instagram.”
Yang dibutuhkan UKM bukan lagi motivator yang bilang “yuk semangat”, tapi akses ke pelatihan, produksi, dan pasar. Dan itu semua sedang dirancang bareng oleh Bocorocco, BTN, Dinas UKM dan GARPU DKI.
